BellieBellies was founded in 2024 by Bella, one-half of the sister duo PB&Jtoo alongside her sister Psalm.

Growing up, Bella learned to cook and bake using only gluten-free, dairy-free ingredients—always free from artificial colors and flavors. One day, she made her first batch of apple fritters, and Psalm added a custom glaze. The family devoured them within the hour.

Each year, Bella participates in a special “Rhythm & Reign” meeting with her mom, Tove—a sacred time to reflect on how each daughter is walking in rhythm and where they feel called to rise next. In 2024, Bella shared that she wanted to discover her voice and unique identity within the family. Her mom gently reminded her: “You already have one—it’s in your beautifully curated fritters.” That moment changed everything.

Shortly after, Bella tested her apple fritters at the 32nd Street Farmers Market in Baltimore, Maryland. After repeatedly selling out, her dessert brand began to grow into what the world now knows as BellieBellies—the world’s first Bespoke Fritter Atelier—where couture meets joy.

Her mission is short, sweet, and simple:
