Can you bake straight from the freezer?Yes! Each take home kit comes with instructions, extra toppings, ready to go! Frozen HugCakes™️ should be consumed within an hour after baking for best results.
Do we recommend fresh or refrigerated? We recommend Hybrid during the product market fit stage. Specialty flavors are best fresh for optimal experience, while Sugared Apple Take Home Packs maintain quality When baked from frozen or refrigerated.
How many HugCakes™️ should we order per day? We recommend starting with our Starter Hybrid Packs, and then adjusting up based on customer response. Fresh daily Packs are recommended when your community starts to demand more.
