Mama’s Fritter was born on Mother’s Day, May 11, 2025 when Bella’s mom Tove asked if she could create a fritter in her honor from her favorite things: hibiscus tea, white chocolate and mangoes.  Our personal home favorite, this fritter is both sweet and tart with a hint of a little vacay by the sun and water with a delicate layer of coconut.
